Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it. Items must be returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and reach out to confirm receipt. After inspection, we’ll notify you right away regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow some time for the credit to appear, as processing times vary by card issuer.

 

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
